So I had a lazy evening last night, watched Watchmen. I do like the film, but still think it could have done with skipping less parts. I went to see Harry Potter 6 on Wednesday night because my ankle was sore after stepping into a hole on my walk on Tuesday night, another film that just had too much missing. I did enjoy both tho.
Friday I was back into my usual routine of exercise workout before work with EA Active, walking at my breaks and then topping up my steps in the evening to get my daily 5800 aerobic step target.
Today I slept late, lazed around until after 11 before I finally roused myself to do my workout. Did some yoga and aerobic stuff on Wii Fit, then fired up EA active for my 30 day challenge workout. Just completed my 10th workout which puts me half way through that. It’s inevitable that I will fail this challenge due to heading for California next weekend but I want to keep it up until I do go. I’ll start a new one when I get back.
I’m still enjoying the exercise, not necessarily at the time… but certainly after the fact. Hopefully I won’t try to throw myself into any more holes in the ground and stay injury free from now on.
As for weightloss, since this thing began I have now lost over 10 lbs. Quite happy with that, if I can keep this going it’s all good.
I was going to jump on my bike since I got it repaired the other day, but it’s now started raining despite the positive forecast we had 🙁 It’s times like this I think I should join the local gym…
