I like squirrels but I must admit I’m biased against the greys. Scotlands native Red is on the run as a result of this invader that was introduced by man. It seems the greys carry a virus which is harmless to them but fatal to the reds. They’re also larger and compete for the same food sources.
The result is the Red is becoming rarer and rare with only a few pockets left. Such a shame 🙁
