So I spent most of last night and a chunk of today reconfiguring one of my servers to provide me a test bed I can work on without disrupting my live website here. I’m now at the stage of having everything working pretty much as I had intended. It will also let me have a play with the latest PHP/MYSQL etc.
Also spent a while trying to set up an automated backup procedure for my websites, still have a couple of minor niggles to work out but that’s 95% working too.
