Yes, it’s been a while since I last posted. I have no real excuses at this time other than the usual holiday season being incredibly hectic and the time since mostly involving driving to and from work, work itself or sleep.
I have also been dedicating a lot of my spare time (not that there is much of it!) to playing World of Warcraft. I started levelling a goblin mage and have been having a blast working my way up the levels. With all the heirloom gear and the guild xp bonuses it has been a breeze to level and a lot of fun too since I tend to quest while waiting for the LFD tool to pop up.
Playing through the old zones and most especially the old dungeons at the right level for them has been a great trip through memory lane. I do think they are easier than they were the first time around but that may simply be because I actually have an idea what I am supposed to be doing now!
My new mage is level 83 as of this morning so not much further until it will be time to start gearing up for heroics. I can’t decide if I want to go through that process or start *another* character!
I did take a time out and try Rift on one of it’s open beta weekends but the game did not grab me. I’m still quite happy messing about in WoW and finding plenty to keep me occupied.
