So somehow I volunteered to run Shadowrun for my gaming group last night. First time I have run a game in a very long time, long enough that I have probably forgotten more of the rules than I remember!
Add to that the fact that I completely underestimated how much time it would take to prepare and the session was somewhat adhoc.
I had expected the adventure to be finished in one sitting as it is somewhat of a filler until the next “proper” part of the campaign but despite the fact we actually played for a few hours progress was slower than anticipated. Of course this means the remainder will either last another full session or 15 minutes… so I need to prepare some more, lol.
Regardless, it was fun to run a game again and I am looking forward to the next session.
Now if I can just find time to fit in some study time, preparing for next game session *and* do my dailies in wow…
